Bringing new life to this corner, this project's investment revitalized the area while being sensitive to the community and nearby park. This family-owned developer aimed to create a welcoming, neighborhood-friendly shopping center to support the needs of nearby communities respecting the scale of the surrounding architecture. 

L2 Design Studio designed a warm and modern retail center with clerestory windows offering transparency and lightness in the facade and illuminating the interiors of each retail space. The high-ceilinged interior exposes the wood decking and steel trusses reflecting its industrial character and Pittsburg roots. The back-lit Buffalo medallion mirrors the developer's brand identity linking the new shopping center to their South Park shops nearby.
