This row house is located mid-block within a historical district. The design maintains the urban character of the neighborhood from the street side. On the private garden side, the design optimizes the natural light with large floor to ceiling windows. To pull light into the heart of the row house, a light well is placed above the dining room, allowing natural light from above to penetrate throughout all three floors.
